"Delivery is kind of hit or miss"
I’ve ordered from smartcarts.com twice now. The first time everything went fine and the delivery showed up on the day they said it would. The second time, though, it was 3 days late and I had to keep checking the tracking myself to figure out what was going on. Customer support did reply, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and having to go through repeated verification just to get help was annoying. The products were fine once they finally arrived, but I really wish the delivery was more dependable

"Replies kept coming late"
I kept noticing the same pattern every time I reached out: the replies took a long while, and when they finally came, they didn’t really solve much. It felt like I was waiting around just to get basic answers that weren’t all that helpful.

"Kind of feels cheap..."
The smart cart seemed fine at first, but after using it a few times, the quality just doesn’t feel that great... some parts feel a little loose, and the wheels don’t roll as smoothly anymore. For what it costs, I expected it to feel sturdier. It still works, so I’ll keep using it for now, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again..

"Pretty good selection overall"
I found most of the carts I looked at were actually in stock, which was a nice change compared to a few other places I’ve checked where half the options were unavailable. The only downside was that one color I wanted was missing, so I ended up choosing a different one. Not perfect, but still a good experience overall

I was kind of rushed and hoping my smartcarts order wouldn’t take forever, so I was relieved when it shipped out quickly and got here earlier than I expected. The tracking updated like it should, and the box arrived in good shape. I didn’t have to wait around or bug support, which made the whole thing easy...

"Battery drains way too quickly"
I was really hoping the battery would last longer, but it dies fast even with normal use. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely doesn’t feel like it holds up the way I expected.

I ordered from smartcarts.com and everything showed up exactly how it was supposed to. Nothing was missing or mixed up, which I definitely appreciated. Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but aside from that, it was a smooth experience. I’d probably order from them again.

"Works good most days"
I got my cart from smartcarts.com and its been solid. The battery lasts longer than I thought it would, and getting it set up wasnt a big deal at all. The only thing Ive noticed is it can feel a little slow going up hills, but other than that Im happy with it.

"Packaging was surprisingly solid"
I ordered from smartcarts.com i was a little confused at first because the box showed up looking way better than I expected. Like, no dents, nothing leaking, and nothing rattling around inside. Everything was wrapped really tightly too. I’m so used to deliveries showing up kind of beat up that this actually stood out. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made a difference. Happy with it.
